Terrance "T-Bo" Bo is manager of the Groovy Smoothie restaurant in Seattle, Washington. He has a fantastic, rare ability to perfectly balance odd food on a stick, like tacos and pickles. T-Bo used to live in an upper level of the restaurant but, due to a legal issue, he had to move in with Mrs. Benson and Freddie. At first he pretended to be someone he was not so that Mrs. Benson would like him, and acted as if he were a proper, educated gentleman. He soon reverted back to his old relaxed self, regularly playing video games in the living room.
